I ride a stationary bike. I mix it up by doing 30 minutes of HIIT 3 times per week on the days I don't lift. On the days I do lift, I do 30 minutes right after I work out. For these days, I usually keep my heart rate between 65-75% maximum.

I'm bulking. The only cardio I'm doing is muay thai 2-3 nights a week.

When I was cutting it was pretty much 6 days a week. 2 HIIT sessions, 2 muay thai sessions, and about 4 30-40 minutes on the stairmaster or elliptical.

In recent weeks, I have been using the following 8-day repeating schedule:

Day 1: Cycling, Constant Level (Medium Intensity)
Day 2: Running, Increasing Speed 7.5mph -> 10mph (Medium -> High Intensity)
Followed by Elliptical Trainer, Intervals (High Intensity)
Day 3: Cycling, Active Recovery (Low Intensity)
Day 4: Elliptical Trainer, "Random" Program (Medium-High Intensity)
Day 5: No Cardio
Day 6: Cycling, Intervals (Medium Intensity)
Day 7: Running, HIIT (Near Maximum Intensity)
Day 8: Cycling, Active Recovery (Low Intensity)

I try to do one day of cardio a week, but I don't worry if I don't. I like the elliptical.

I used to be really big on cardio, I would run 5 miles or so 3x a week. But after some thing I figured if I want to raise my metabolism or burn calories I can just do it with some form of weights. This way the muscles are getting worked and there isn't the catabolic disadvantage that is associated with cardio.

Every hour and a half or so I've gotta walk downstairs to the kitchen to get more food, then back up.

I don't do cardio. I probably burn more calories watching a ball game than those recumbent bike rangers burn in the gym.

I bulking now so I go mountain biking once a week and thats about it. When I'm cutting, I do cardio 4-5 days a week for 30 minutes.

What the hell is cardio?

:)

Depending on the week, a 40 min game of soccer.
3-6 hours of martial art classes. And maybe 2-5 min of jogging in the gym before workout.

When Bulking : Zero Cardio

When Cutting: About 4 days/week mountain biking for about 60 mins, with the occasional heavy bag and jump rope thrown in.

Yep!! I do!!

Skipping is a great form of cardio, I love it. It's a nice change from running.

I think I might start alternating running and skipping.... that'd be a great cardio routine ay.

I know some people who like tp jump rope better than running, and they are either in Air Force STS's or training for PJ or CCT.

Many people thinks its better. I just got a rope the other day, and it has never seemed so hard, lol.
