I sleep plenty, like maybe under 8 hours once every 2 weeks. I typically sleep 9 hours per night. But my energy levels are sometimes terrible. It gets worse and worse as the day goes on, and by 7 or 8 in the evening I can hardly think straight. When I'm tired like this I lose interest in socializing and I generally feel "slow" in my head. Things aren't clear.

Any thoughts on things I could do?

I think this is more of a General Health question.
Im not sure what the problem could be.
How many kcalories do you eat every day?

By your waste size your well OVER weight, count your total cals for a day. Get it to around 3000cals, 200gram Protein, 100 MAX carbs, the rest fat, but not JUNK FAT. Keep to this for two weeks, Use a multi-vit/mineral tab, Calcium 1200mg/day. You will pick-up over the 2weeks, Lastly but most important, DRINK LOADS OF WATER. Big John

How can you determine whether or not someone is overweight just by their waist size? If you are tall or have a large bone structure, your waist will naturally be larger as compared to someone who is short with a small frame.

his waist seemed larger in proportion to his other measurements, regardless of height, i think thats how he was determining.

My suggestion: Get up in the morning and start screaming!

I found life can be changed if you have the right mentality, so get pumped!
