why didn't you look into possible problems before starting on something like this?

Lots of problems.
Is this an injectable test or is this a topical cream? Either way, at this point, without knowing anything, you're screwed.
Does the hydroxycut your taking have ephedra? If so I might stop that as the steroids could very well elevate your blood pressure a good bit, then add in ephedra and well...You get the point. I hope...

Atkins and bulding muscle don't go together so well.
what do you mean 'loaded up' on Testosterone?

I don't see you having problems as long as your health was good beforehand. Don't expect to gain muscle while on the Atkins. I do think you'll preserve a little more muscle with the test while leaning down.

Are you desperate or something?
What shape are you currently in and what do you hope to acheive?
Have you really TRIED (properly) alternatives?

I agree, Atkins isn't the most ideal diet type if you're planning on bulking. Atkins seems to be geared towards people who want to lose weight, but don't train.
I also agree with one of the top posters...you waited until you started to ask if there are any detrimental effects? You don't need the ECA.

How about you try a solid, planned diet based around building mass and rigorous mass-oriented exercise routine to which you will remain faithful?
