Is Extra Lean Beef that much better for you that Lean Beef?
Are there any benefits of eating Lean Beef instead of Extra Lean Beef?
Today is my favorite day of the week because it is Friday. But the worst part is that Monday looms :-(

NOt really, except for less fat. Scroll down some or look a couple pages back. This topic was covered a few days ago in another thread. ;)

Hehe, let's just say that you should count your total carb/protein/fat and keep an ideal ratio according to your goals. There's plenty of info on that.
All else being equal, essential fatty acids are better than saturated fat so in that sense extra lean would be better.

Extra lean tastes a lot better too. Don't feel like you're eating a slab of grease.
