hi ive really been trying to nail this diet thing i can bulk fine but i add alot fo bodyfat in the process,i did the keto diet for three days until i was pulled off by my parents and now im looking for any alternatives,can anyone help me

im 16 they refuse to cook or let me cook my own meals and that i should eat what they do,im 167 dropped 3 lbs since sunday on the keto and i have pretty high bodyfat closer to 17

At 16, I woldn't suggest a keto diet, or any real extreme caloric defecit... You are still growing, and need lots of food.

If I were you, I would eat normally, and increase activity.

Far be it from to argue with your mother.

However there are many things you can do to help yourself.

1) Learn as much as you can and help her cook and shop so you can make "suggestions" as to things to make

2) Cut out all junk food.

3) Drink more water

4) Increase your exercise.

I agree with everyone here you are still growing and have no need or business going on a keto type diet, especially if some one is not helping you that is very skilled.
Not to mention that at your current height and weight, you can get lean eating a healhty balanced diet.

thanx for the help everyone,once summer comes around or even warmer weather ill be outside more,ive cut all junk out and ill see how it goes,in those three days i started getting veins in my arms which i havent had before so i thought it was right thanx again
