This is my 5th time doing a CKD and I have the nutrition basically down. My routine will either be

Monday - Chest & Shoulders
Tuesday - Abs
Wednesday - Back & Legs
Thursday - Abs
Friday - Arms & Calves

or something like

Monday - Upper body
Off
Wednesday- Lower Body
Off
Friday - Full Body
Saturday - Abs

It will all be up to my energy level, it starts to really decrease on thurs/fri when I really start to feel the need for my carb up. I am 5'9" 155-158lbs right now and I will be taking in 1700-1900 cals a day on keto days. On my carb up day(s), starting sat. morning I will take in 3200 cals 60% coming from carbs which is 1900 cals - roughly 480 carbs and 20/20% of fats and proteins. On sunday morning I will eat carbs for the first half of the day and cut them off around meal 3-4 but still maintain around a regular 1800 cals.

Behind the back dips Bodyweight + 45 plate
5x40 (OW!)

Tric. machine
2x12

20mins jogging

Diet
Totals 1920 104F 26C 213

ARGH! Fats are getting hard to add and I had to grab some quick food so I went over 100cals :(
