View Full Version : My Cutting Diet: Percentages & Numbers: Please Critique

Hey fellas

first post here, forums look great with sound info.

Stats:
Age: 21
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 180lbs
BF%: 17%

Training History:
Trained hard for 5 years

Cutting Cycle Goals:
1) 11% bodyfat
2) Minimum muscle loss

Cutting Diet:
2000kcals per day

250g Protein (50%)
150g Carbs (30%)
44G Fat (20%)

Meals:
I intend to eat 6-7 meals per day. I will get my carbs from complex sources (oatmeal, brown rice etc) and protein and fats from clean sources. (egg-whites, tuna etc) I'm gonna taper down carbs right through the day. I may try 1 moderate/high-carb day a week.

Cycle:
I will be running this cycle right through my cutting cycle:

Weeks 1-2: 800mg EQ (Frontload)
Weeks 3-8: 400mg EQ
Weeks 1-10: 100mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 1-10: Clen/ECA cycled every 2 weeks.

I do not know anything about cycles or how they affect anything, but i down down the prrotein a bit, to say 180grams, 200 @ max.. and up the fat.. to 30%.. i'd follow more of a 45%pro/25%carb/30% fat.. IMO

That is an interesting looking cycle...I've never seen anything setup like that. Could you PM with me details?
