Im surprised that he could feed himself with arms that big, i wonder if he's been using a drip feed or even a nosebag!!

Jesus! Ive never been a fan of Dennis James after seeing him whining on 'Battle for The Olympia 2002' about not going heavy because of 'low carbs'

But he looks phenominal, it makes you wonder how far these guys can keep improving and whats going to happen to them in later life.

Just shows what a little time off AS/training can do, it was only march when Flex was last in a pro comp.

That absolutely is Flex Wheeler.

From what I have read on another board he may have just had kidney surgery, but that is 100% him.

Just a quick note about Flex. As many of you already know, Flex underwent a kidney transplant early this month. Everything went fine, and Flex has been released from the hospital.
