nuts, fish oil, natty pb, olive oil, flax seeds. just to name a few.

ok i bought some natty pb good stuff but check this


Atlantic Bay Hot Smoked Salmon, jeez this is tasty
320 cals, 20g fat, 0 carb, 20g protien, i got it at walmart

Hemp oil is also a good source =).

Flax seeds. Coconut oil. Nuts. Heavy cream in my coffee.
