These pics were taken about 3 days ago at a weight of 200lbs even. I was as low as 185lbs about two months ago and although I was ripped, I didn't like the fact that none of my clothes fit anymore. So, I dropped the cardio, upped the calories and went back to drinking my beloved Mountain Dew. lol! God I feel so much better now. How some guys keep that ripped condition for very long is beyond me. I just couldn't do it day in and day out.

Anyway, my workout is pretty simple and actually quite lazy. I do a bodypart once every 7-10 days and only do one bodypart in a workout session. So I do biceps by themselves, triceps by themselves, chest, legs, back etc etc. I do lift heavy though. Most of the time I manage to get four days a week in but sometimes only three. After lifting for over 10 years, I've definately figured out what works for me and what doesn't.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. We're about the same height and have the same er uh height. That's where the similarities end. :cry: Looking big. I'd love to be that size like tomorrow. Nice work.

Thanks for all the kind words guys! I'm really too old at this point to do any competing. I had aspirations when I was in my mid to late 20's and was weighing in over 230lbs but now, I have other responsibilities and they come first. I just do it now to stay in shape and to hopefully make people turn their heads occasionally! I probably work the hardest on legs. I do 10 sets of squats once every 10 days and go quite heavy. The gym I work out in does not have a leg press so I don't have much choice of additional leg exercises. For the most part though, I lift at home. Thanks again guys.
