Lost my job and i aint doing much these days in terms of activity, should i lower my carb intake, which is pretty high at the moment, because i dont want my body to store the extra carbs as fat.If so what should i replace them with to keep up my calories.
Thanks

Overall calorie intake will be the main determining factor as to whether you lose or gain weight, but you can play around with the amount of carbs and fat in your diet to see what yields the best results. If you are gaining too much fat, then decrease calorie intake, which can be accomplished by decreasing carb intake.
If you want to replace some of your carbs with fats then I would recommend using olive oil, natural peanut butter, nuts, etc. to accomplish this.
