What tips would you offer someone wanting to bulk with the least amount of fat gain?
Currently I am neither satisfied with my muscularity nor happy with the waist line...but I would prefer to have other muscles besides abs, thus I bulk, and yet I am concerned that I will not fit in my pants soon....:(
Any advice from your experience?

eeat clean and make sure you gain around 0.5 lb a week, anymore then that and it is likely to be fat IMO.
run a search on clean bulking.
Edit: make sur you also get enough EFA, and i say you still do 2 cardio sessions a week ( i believe this helps with nutrient partitioning, sumone else will have to post about this, bradely.. studies? :) )

yes, clean bulking and cardio 2-3 times a week should help, however, fat gain is just a part of bulking, i too hate it.

A lot of people have success with a high carb, low fat, moderate protein diet. Look up "glucose economy" on google and you'll likely find some information.

A slow bulk is next up on the agenda for me. I've resolved to stay under 15% BF from here on.

What they said, clean eats and some cardio.

This is my goal too. Last bulk I gained to much, was unhappy, then lost to much muscle losing it.
My new theory is its a waste to spend so much time bulking and then cutting. Maybe even out by just staying steady. Either way I am too vain to be fat.

HIIT Cardio, proper nutrition, Nutritional Timing, moderate cardio and heavy lifting. And most importantly do try to be like me and want to gain all the muscle at once.
