I have just read some conflicted info in regard ro using aspartame sweetner and I was wondering what you guys know about other artificial sweetners pros and cons!
I also want to point out that recently a consumer advocacy group (I cannot remember the article, I will look for it) did not approve any of the sweeteners tested for safety except splenda. Stevia was not tested, but I would imagine it would have also been approved.
