I have been tanning outdoors for the last two week and for the first time in my life I have noticed a cold sore right in the middle of my upper lip....
What could I do in order to speed up the healing?

Don't stress out. Stress triggers outbreaks.
Hope this helps. ;)

Put some cold sore cream on it available at your local pharmacy.

Take L-lysine. It has been shown to suppress the virus, and in my experience, it works.
