Im going ot hold on to all this good stuff for as long as I can then cut in march. I may hit 260 still got about 3 more weeks.

I feel I have gained some good size and am not willing to lose it during a cut rite after a cycle. I got all winter to wear sweaters and sweat shirts. Cutting will be just as easy when the time comes. At least for now Im not willing to lose any thing.

I'd definitely agree you've gained some series fookin' size. Dont make the mistake of cutting calories as soon as you're off the cycle because you're right, you'll most likely drop a good bit of LBM too. I personally would say eat above maintenence even throughout recovery just to be safe. Again though, amazing work bro. You have more LBM than many on this board.

By the way, how are you liking the cycle thus far?

Damn dude, you are looking thick as hell! I wouldn't worry about the BF. Like you already said, it comes off pretty easily. I'd keep hittin' the weights hard and cut in the spring.

No offense Kev, but you look like those guys from a before pic in a Hydroxycut Ad. There's A LOT of muscle under there. I can't even imagine what you are gonna look like when you cut. Some mentioned cutting in spring....I agree with that.

Evrey one calls me big guy now. The question came up a couple of times but I point it to my eating. Hey look at my stomach. lol

But I can get that flat in a months time when I do. I dont think it was drastic to the point of obvious I could se if I was huge and ripped in 9 weeks.

Kev, you look like you've gained a whole mess of muscle but there's something wrong with your progress pics here. It looks like in the last three weeks your entire plan went to ****, you gained a LOT of fat in three weeks, man. A lot. Look at 5 weeks, then six weeks.

I suspect you got tired of dieting and got lazy, and started eating a bunch of **** in the last three weeks of your cycle. Its just a hunch. You had been going pretty well for a while but...what happened?

Here's some advice for you kev, you can ignore me if you want.

Once you get to the point where you find that eating big (and low fat) isn't enough to add weight to the scale, do not start eating as much as you can by adding **** for food sources. Take out a tape measure and measure your major muscles, eat clean and as big as normal for a week, then at the end of the week check your muscle size. You'll likely be doing some swapping and other fun stuff so your weight may not jump up, but you'll still be growing. From the accounts I've read, people tend to do this often. The scale is your enemy as you don't need to be putting on that much fat, especially while on the drugs you are taking.

Yeah I have been slipping up I have lost a few since the picture. Im going to try to get back on track. Thanks for all the advice it will be used for sure.
What did I do honestly I just used the exscue of being on gear and high calories to eat what I want. I didnt notice it untill yall pointed it out to me that I was so obese. I am going to change.
