When all of you are cutting down. And stripping the calories. Where do you take the calories from? Protein, Carbs, Fats, or do you not take them solely from one source and just take calories from everything. carbs pros and fats all together?

i've found best success cutting cals in carbs. actually just swapping out simple, refined, and starchy carbs (including potatos and rice and stuff), and replacing them with fibrous vegetables and fruit (low GI fruit). This way i automatically wind up cutting cals.
