how can i keep this
i was pissed today cuz on bench day all my lifts in every set were down by 3 reps...so how can i keep my bench consistant so i can improve on it. i wonder if it was cuz i maxed on dead 2 days ago or what. im jsut real pissed i didnt hit the 1100s this week :mad:
