Alcohol dilates blood vessels. Sorry I don't have any "real" advice. :p

let them do what they want :P get a lower bf% if you want to see your veins more.. but i find drinking water helps bring them out a little.. when i wake up im basically dehydrated, i have not many veins.. after drinking water, and later in the day.. i have more veins :) correlation? I think so :)

other than steroids dont know anything else to increase vasularity. People that lift longer usually have more - its like is increases over time...

I started a thread on this recently because I noticed veins started to appear on my forearms. I even saw some bicep veins the other day!

The response I got was that I was either losing BF or that it was a result of high volume training.

Now I'd like to think I'm losing bf but I eat over 3k cal a day and I am not cutting. I do however train high volume and I think this could be the cause of increased vascularity. As it was explained to me basically -- high volume training increases the size of the capillaries. Capillaries are like tiny veins that connect arteries and veins and are very small. Anyways supposedly it is a sign of muscle growth as well I was told. I don't know if any of this is true but it is what I was told and I do very very high volume training so I'm thinking it must hold some truth in it. Maybe someone else can comment on this.

Arginine has been shown to increase vascularity.
