This is so simple im not sure if i should post it, but im posting anyway
put a banana in little pieces into a big cup, say 500-600 ml
add some of that artificial sweetener ****, as much as you like
fill up with milk until the pieces are covered.
add lots of ice, then add water until the cup is full
use a nice high powered mixer
Tastes like a proper milkshake. those no sugar sweeteners are cool
