What would happen if you ate exactly the amount of calories you burned, (while working out of course)? Would you have any changes happening?

You may gain some lean mass, and drop bodyfat. Or you may maintain your current status. It depends a lot on your ratios, your training regime... I guess.
The chances of eating exactly what you burn on a consistant basis are, frankly, impossible. Different variables in different days cause different amounts of calories to be used, whether it be more or less.
you will gain lean body mass if you are very insulin sensitive. if i doubt it. On the other hand you may get fat and loose lean body mass as well. though as kaz its impossible to eat exactly the same amount of kcal. as this changes constanly.

You would burn alot of muscle.
