If you have troublr eatig a lot first thing on a morning. Give this great nutritous shake a try. I was bored so just chucked all ingredients in a blender the other day.
I tin fruit cocktail
fresh strawberries
Frozen raspberries
2 bananas
2 kiwi fruit
2 yoghurts
cranberry juice
2-3 scoops protein powder( i use prolab )
pre- workout - add 80g carbs
post - add 5 g creatine
MMMM.... it wakes me up and i get my protein in without munching 20 eggs.
Makes about 3 servings
Give it a try or basically just chuck anything you can find in.
