I took this pic with my camera phone, so it isn't that big.
looking pretty big, your muscles seems to be balanced well

overall physique looks good, I'd say you're in need of a little cutting though.

Looking large ND :)
I think there is no need to cut, you look alright and so long as your not getting ready for a show then its cool.
A bit of fat is good for the joints and helps guard against injury (thats what my chiro said anyway :) ) Providing your not lifting with crappy form.

Rock: Thanks, I try to keep everything balanced. ;)
Pat: Bah... I did a little 4 week bulk right before school and gained 10 pounds... there's no way I will ever try to bulk while at school.
Manveet: Thanks.
Callahan: Yeah, it seems no matter what I do my bodyfat really does not change. Maybe I'll do a serious cut next summer and see what happens... I always start the summer thinking I wanna cut and then get obsessed with trying to just get bigger.
Ron: Thanks, bro. But no shows for me, ever. I'm not dedicated enough, lol. And yeah, I guess a bit of fat is good. :)
BTW, my friend's dad is a rheumatologist who owns a DEXA (http://new-fitness.com/body_fat_analyzing.html) machine - THE most accurate way of measuring bone density and body fat percentage. I was 17%.

I could be wrong, but you look a LOT thicker than the old pics I remember seeing of you. Good job!
You're right Chris, he does look a lot thicker. Perhaps maybe not in need of a 'cut'; possibly just a little diet cleanup. Better meal placement and schedule. Good pose too, (obviously one of my favorite styles of most musculars) accentuates the delts, yet you have the traps for it

Chris: Thanks a lot. It's cool knowing how you remembered my old pics, too.
Chase: I actually started doing this pose after I saw your awesome pic of it! Except your delts pwn mine.
I'm not flexing my traps in this one... I'm a big advocate of the "shorter traps = wider shoulders" theory. ;)

You have the same physique as me but you're twice as big though. Hope to get there in a year or so :)
Btw, no way your 17% BF in that pic.

You think your eye is better than the DEXA? You think wrong!

Budiak: Thanks. Aw, it's not THAT bad a pic, is it? :p
jinxx: I've been working out for almost 4 years, but have only been serious about it for ~3. I guess I'm a slow gainer. :/

True that! Most people have a skewed view on BF percentages. I blame BB magazines.
