Ok, I'm not talking about "Food that isn't really cheat food but we can call it that" I'm talking about honest to good desert, etc. BUT that still has a low to medium calorie count.

For example, I'm trying to do good but its tough - and for a cola, while Coke has 210 or something calories per can, one bottle of ROOT BEER only as 140 calories. Not to shabby.

Can people reply with other good cheat foods/deserts/drinks... stuff that tastes amazing (or decent!) yet has a lower calorie count then a lot of the rich stuff that can ruin a diet/weight loss regiment.

zero carb jell-o - 10 calories, 1 gram protein, no carbs.

I think Detour bars could be up your street, like cheating but not ;)

lots of people say sugar free jello is good for if your cutting and need to satisfy your sweet tooth.. personally i have never found it at the store lol.. all i can find is "fat free" and that has like 8 calories per serving with 4-5 servings per box..

I walked into Albertson's, Ralph's, Stater Bros. (pre-strike)...they all had sugar free jell-o.

subway is a good cheat/refeed meal IMO... still kind healthy, but VERY tastey.. get the foot long and make 2 meals out of it.. roasted chicken with double the meat :)
