Just wanted to say I just bought the chocolate flavour and it is the best tasting protein shake... But if you don't want the extra calories my favourite is still designer chocolate.

isn't that stuff loaded with sugar though?? if not i may give it a try.

It's loaded with a bunch of stuff.... fat too. But if you don't mind the extra calories it is definitely a good protein choice for those that can't bear to drink the more hardcore stuff.

I think there are much better supplements out there. The fat sources in Muscle Milk are things like canola oil and some type of modified vegetable oil, and you are probably getting more than enough of these type of fats through your diet. Also contains a lot of added vitamins and minerals but when you get down to it, it is just a protein supplement that has added fat.
It does contain medium chain triglycerides, which can be beneficial, especially on a low carb diet.
IMO I would just go with some 100% whey or a protein blend and then if you want to supplement with extra fat then you can.
