It is November 2, 2003. On November 3, 2003 I m going to begin the CKD diet, with 1 hr of cardio a day + lifting every other day. I want to cut my weight about 30 pounds.

I am 16 years old, last december I weighed around 280, and now currently weigh 210.

no i actually didnt lift at all from december till now, just cardio mainly and I wrestle and am a thrower for the field team. For lifting my goal would be probably to be able to do 200 in a few months.

Good Luck, Brandon. You have made some good progress thus far. If you include more information(exercises, reps, calories, etc.) there are a lot of knowledgable people here who can help critique what you are doing, and help you achieve your desired results.

umm exercise is eliptical machine for cardio

Weights: flat, incline, decline, close grip, curls, jerks, dead lift, clings, skull crushers.

calories i'm not really watching, just what i eat.

started my cycle of liquid clenbutrx and ab solved today :)

last week my weight jumped up to 214, and today it is about 208. Thank God it was only water weight :)

just wanted to update weight is 205 right now.

I m taking multi vitamin, liquid clenbutrx 12ml a day 3 x 4ml. cell tech, and ab solved at night on the stomach.

Liquid clenbutx = amazing for energy and appetite supression.
The Cell tech is helping my muscles and keeps them from being as sore as usual ;)
Ab Solved idk what hte heck it does, but it was free :shrugg: :)
