Besides Protein/Creatine and a multi Vit.;

What other supplements have you found beneficial?

What were your results/differance that you noticed?

For me it was Vanadium; I noticed after a cple weeks my muscles were fuller;longer.And now I use it to help maintain lower bloodsugar levels.

I'm just wondering what everyones opinions are.

Creatine, ECA, and food supplements (MRPs, protein, bars)

Other than that, nothing worth spending money on.

then of course a good diet. Lots of chicken, turkey, steak, potatoes etc.

anything that is a *nutrient*

fish oils, flax, fiber

lot's of anti-oxidants can be taken on top of a multi

Greens plus etc...

Herbal detox kits a few times a year

anything that makes you healthier makes you a better bb

Fish Oil and Ephedrine

I take L-Glutamine as well but I wouldn't necessarily consider it something in a list of "must haves".
