Why do so many weightlifters eat Rice Cakes?
I just bought some and I’m thinking of incorporating them in my diet.
Is this a good move?
Here’s the stats on the type I’m thinking about:
Ingredients: Whole Grain Brown Rice
Calories: 45
Protein: 1.0 g
Fat: 0.3 g
Carbs: 10.0 g

They eat them because they are a "healthy" filler. It's almost like eating air, but it fills you up. So it's a snack that isn't bad for you. One of the few.

Sometimes in the morning if I run out of bread, I snatch some of my roommate's chocolate rice cakes. I throw some pb on them and its pretty good. As many carbs as my whole wheat bread and its something different.
And yes, strangely filling!

Well I'mn not really talking about chocolate rice cakes. I consider healthy products that are flavored to be laughable - they're not healthy.
I'm mean chocolate rice cakes? C'mon, it's just a false way of saying 'I eat heathy foods'.
