I have a subway 12" roasted chicken every saturday for my cheat meal. I love 'em.

Something doesn't add up.

I get 498 and 522 calories respectively based on the macronutrient breakdowns and taking fatx9 and protein/carbs times 3.

Anyhow, still lot's of calories!

Of course, 1 tablespoon of flax oil has 122 calories (~14g fat)

Protein and carbs are 4 calories per gram, not 3.

damn bro, if thats your cheat meal im scared to see what your diet looks like. probably pretty bland. not trying to flame you bro, but when i think of a cheat meal, i think of a nice thick and juicy rib eye.

as for the mcchicken sandwiches, i eat em all the time, its about closest thing to healthy that you can find at mcdonalds.

I suppose it all comes down to what your goals are and how serious you are about dieting and training.All things in mderation are ok but i think mcdonalds and subway and for that matter are all crap(diet wise)but i must admit big mac's do taste great.

odd when i think of cheat meals i think of ice cream topped on cobbler then dessert
