in the morning ur muscles have been fasting for 8-10 hrs from night (i do take why+milk at bedtime) but in the morning its essential i get some food into my system...NOW thats where my problem lies fat burners prefer u to take it on a empty stomach (30mins) now will it hurt my muscle development delaying my breakfast by 30 mins?

i do train at night btw

I would just take the supplement immediately before my meal. I think the main reason that the instructions say to take the supplement on an empty stomach is so you can benefit from the decrease in appetite that the supp. can cause.

Although waiting 30 minutes before eating is not going to make any significant difference. :)

ok, i just thought as u are in a fasting state for 8-10 hrs u really want to give ur body something to eat ASAP, but as u said taking it with my breakfast would be just as good.

Just worried as they say it takes "awhile to kick in" so avoiding food for 30 mins AND THEN eat would be prefered>??

You would probably feel more of a boost taking it on an empty stomach, but otherwise it is just up to you.
