hey all :D

just wonduring what you think my body phat is at any ideas please.. o and i started training in january of this year and the newest pic is of me in september..

what you think of the progress ?

oh and believe it or not i was bulking... in fact i still am but i've changed my diet (upped cals)

I am guessing 8-9% bodyFAT :)

you look about 12% bf.
progress looks steady, maybe even up the cals a little more.
you need to tan up for sure!

yer i am definately upping the cals :D

ah and i am a bottle of skimmed milk :D

im joining the gym soon and i can use the tanning suit for free with my membership :D i just wanna beef up my chest im kinda botherd like if i up the cals am going to loose all ma definition.. but ah well ...

the tattoos look horrid, and the nipple rings arn't working, i'd say 12-13% and you need to tan fasho :x

yer a couple of my tattoos have started to bore me but i'm getting them sorted. Having stuff added to them to fill them out a bit more...

here's a pic of ma favourite one..

I'd have to say, you've definitely made solid progress thus far....BUT you need to PACK in those cals man. You could be gaining faster if you are eating like it's the end of the world. Also focus on those core compound lifts and upping the weight every so often. They will back on more mass than anything at this stage.

yer i need to eat lol. and what you're saying about eating more is 110% true aswel. I mean i was eating loads but i was eating the wrong foods..

I start at the gym 2day so i am gonna b able to start squating away :D I did progress well with weight, i mean i worked out at home and now i can bench the whoel lot so i have had to start using the gym because im not challenged anymore...

But i have to admit im looking forward to making my back into a brick wall :D geez i love pullups and deads lol
