Hey im young and inexpericed. Ive been lifting for 3 yrs now n just this past year i lost around 50 pounds, but unfotrunitly i lost alot of muscule with it, anyway football just ended and i really wanna play next year but i need to add alot of muscle. Like im talkin bout alot cuz i weigh 165 at 5'11 and its just not cuttin it on the field. Anyway ive been thinkin of trying something like d-bols but im extremly nervous bout side effects, o and i dunt know what im doing. First is this good to start out with and Second how much should a cycle be worth? O and wat are the side effects? lol im full of questions...

Perhaps you should first tell us more about how you train and how you eat before thinking about anabolics. Are you eating enough? Are you eating the right foods? What does your training routine consist of? Sometimes a little adjustment of those 3 things can make a big difference without having to use drugs. Plus if those aspects of your life aren't doing that great, no amount of anabolics in the world will help you grow. Not trying to put you down, but I think you've got room for improvement before you try anabolics especially at your age when your natural hormone levels are probably through the roof.

Well man I'll go ahead & tell you that you are too young to be takin AS. You need to wait until you're outta high school before even considering this option. You really need to wait until you're outta your teenage years, although I started at 19.

Here's what you need to spend your money on:
Creatine Monohydrate
Whey Protein
CHICKEN

Take creatine (about 4 pills depending on the size) every mornin & get in about 2 protein shakes every day. Tear up some grilled chicken breast & keep your protein intake to around 330grams a day.

Now back to the steriod issue. D-Bol is a very good drug to take, but you definately dont need to take orals only. You should be lookin at either Test Enanthate of Test Cyp. 500mg for 10 weeks. Injectables are both better & safer. As far as pricing goes, you will most probably be gettin jipped if you just go around askin for the gear.

Just wait about 2-3 years, do A TON of research, look/listen for people who have already gotten legit gear for good prices, & start plannin for a cycle of AS when you get old enough & wise enough.

youre too young to start aas, and youre still growing so take advantage of that. just eat lift and sleep you can gain alot more than 25-30#'s by next august.

do you have a chance to get a college scholarship?

first thing, evaluate your diet...r u at least eating 4-5000 calories a day? 300-400 grams of quality protein each day?

what does your routine look like? are you overtraining? how intense really are your workouts and are they sport specific?

whats your training experience?

have you given creatine a go?

do you wake up in the middle of the night for an extra meal?

do you do cardio or speed training anaerobic type work?

answer these questions and ill tell you exactly what i think and whether or not you should cycle.

by the way, im not going to give you a hard time about age but you should seriously evaluate the questions i just asked and get back to me if you really want help

I think im just impatient im just startin up again and i need to give it some time.... im on creatine and whey and i have a good routine..... i think im gonna go with creatine for a while n before i do anything as big as juicing i can go over to GNC and get some pro testerone stuff... is it true wat they say, 1 ad and T bomb stuff like thats is almost a legal steroid...plus i wont be doing anything like that until my firt cycle of creatine is over depending on results.

do breakdown for diet and training routine for me. i can definitely be of assistance, i played football and i know the whole deal. i put on 70 lbs in high school from my freshman year to my senior year and i did not grow an inch. i played linebacker. i know how to train for football. i was extremely explosive

WAO 17,ur nuts ur still in plain development and should really reconsider taking anobolics for another 7 years, alot whey protein ,and a good multi vitamins and ur good to go ...o and pro harmones are still bad ,,there problably worst then anabolics and there not half as good,, all u get from then is mod swings and some more goody sides....

The prohormones at GNC will stunt your growth just like 'real' steroids, so I would be very careful with those too
