Hey I was reading this months Muscle and Fitness and in it they have an article about supplement stacks. In it Milos Sarcev recommends 6-OXO, Tribulus Terrestris, & Creatine.

I pretty much have my own ideas about how Creatine should be taken. But I really have no opinion on 6-OXO and Tribulus. Does anybody here know about how these should be used? Like cycling schedule, daily amounts, and all that stuff.

Also, any other comments on the subject are welcome.

That's your problem right there. Save your money and dont waste it on muscle mags.


I don't think you'll really get much of a benefit from 6-oxo + tribulus. Stick with the Creatine.
