I think the lats have made some good improvements along w/ the arms & delts.
10-02 was 180lbs @ 16-17% BF
12-02 was 192lbs @ 19%
6-03 was 165lbs @ 8-9%
11-03 is 195lbs @ 12-14%

Oh Totally. That was right at the end of my cut, and I was 30lbs lighter then. I just edited my first post to include my weight from each pic.

Progress looks good. Especially dec02 to nov03. delts and lats look a lot bigger.
I'm freakin' out about the way your weight bounces up and down though. Is that a bulk/cut/bulk cycle, or is it just the way you are? I've always had a really hard time making even small changes to my weight. 30lbs is a lot o' weight to be popping off and on...

Yeah I do big long bulking + cutting cycles, I have an awesome metabolism so it's not that difficult for me to gain/lose weight.

You definitely look thicker. Was it Cell-tech? Couldnt have been mass eating and training. No way.
