I am tring a new diet plan i was on a low carb for some time and it is catching up with me energy wise so i was going to try like 1.5g per lb protien
1 g per lb carb
and the rest from fat
i am 143lbs 5.8 % bf i want to eat around 1800 cals as i make the change so i dont shock my body too much and my bmr is 1600

Meal 1
1 scoop whey
1/2 cup oatmeal
260 4.5f 30c 25p

w/o

meal2
1 scoop whey in water
1 lenders ww bagel
1tbs ff cream cheese
410 3.5f 58c 36p

meal3
1 can tuna
1 lo carb wrap (2f 12c but 9 fiber 5p)
1 apple

281 3.5f 32c 35p

meal4
1 nitro tech
290 7.5f 32c 3impact 35P

meal5
6 oz lean meat
2cups broc.
220 2f 8c 45p

meal6
protien shake
1tbsp pb
240 9f 4c 30p

so overall
1750cal
205p
167c 48g fiber
30g fat

what can or should i change i would like to have this base diet and ev. turn it into a bulk by changing portion sizes

Personally, I'd add in some fish oil (even with the tuna) but then I'm a fish oil fanatic.

more fat for sure, esp fish oil
maybe nuts, peanut butter and/or olive oil
where is your workout in the scheme of things?
