Ok im working out for definition, which diet would be better for me?

a higher carb/low fat diet

or higher fat/low carb diet?

he is referring to the levels of calories that you require to maintain at.. once you find that level slowly subtract 200-300 cals a week from it until you lose 1.5 or so lbs a week. That will tel you how many calories a day you need to consume.

As for what diet to use.. its really up to you and which diet you can stickk to.. But get 1-1.2 g of protein per lb of bodyweight, and 25%-35% of your daily calories should coem from fats, EFA such as fisl, flax, olive oil and nuts. the rest of your calories come from Carbs, which would be @ breakfast, pre workout, and post workout.
