Whats up everyone. Anyway, soon I will be embarking on the ultimate 2.0 mass diet-oh yea. I basically know what to do, however, there's a slight problem. B/c of work/obligations/school, I have to move the Thursday night workout to Friday morning at around 11. So, in turn, ill do my power/hypertrophy workout on Sunday. So, after my workout, should I just carb-load for like 14 hours instead of the 24-30, or should I extend the carb-load through Saturday afternoon? Would there a greater chance of spillover? Would it really make a difference? Oh, one last thing. Would it be a good idea to do some cardio Thursday night to further deplete? Well, any input would be great. Thanx alot.
