Looking good man

Dont you think 3/4 times per week is a bit much? Lets see your routine, if you dont mind??

nice work, dude

you look a bit like Omar Epps

a jacked Omar Epps. :D

you should try weighted BB lunges for those hammies... HomeYield here recommended them and they kicked my ass at first, but now I am getting results.

my routine is as follows:

Flat Dumbbell presses 3 sets x 6-8reps
Across bench pullovers 3sets x 12-15reps
dumbbell side raises(incline) 3stes x 10-12reps
Rear pulley crunches 3sets x 10-12reps
BB press behind neck(seated) 4sets x 6-8
Bench dips 4 sets x 12-15
Push downs 4sets x 6-8
Two DB kickback 3sets x 10-12

Front squat (BB in front above chest) 4sets x 8-12reps

I only have about 1hr20min to workout so I superset everything.

front pull downs 4sets 8-10reps
low pulley rows 4sets 6-8reps

lookin great man..how tall are you?

11-12-2003, 04:59 PM
lookin' great!

11-12-2003, 05:00 PM
yeah whats your height? Thats what i was wondering...

11-12-2003, 05:18 PM
I think the amount of volume youre doing for the legs is whats holding them back, have you tried a low volume, high intensity approach for them?.

Youre looking fantastic on the upper body though!, your upper body workout is obviously doing wonders for you.

Keep it up man.

I am 5'9 30yrs. As far as best lifts go , i don't endulge in that too much, just go in and get my swell-on man.
DB benchpress 150lbs x 5reps(heaviest DB the Gym)
Flat Bench 270lbs x 4reps , 300lbs x 2reps
Squat(free weights) 385lbs x 5reps
Shrugs(Diamond bar) 280lbs x 4reps
Seated Hammer strength (free weight row) 360lbs x 6reps
You would be amazed at how much weight you can actually move when you don't have to worry as much on losing your grip. Gotta love those gorrila grips!! A workout just ain't the same without them.;)

In that first pic your head looks like Flex Wheeler's. :)

Nice pics, by the way!

You look bloody impressive mate, calves look extremely thick. Like the others have said hamstings need some work.

My answer lower the volume and get into 20 rep squatting and SLDL's then you'll see those legs take on a whole new identity.
