Warmed up running till I'd burned 20 cals at 7mph, all running is done on the treadmill

Pullups

BW-50x8 slow (2)

Ran till I burned 20 cals at 7mph

DB incline press

Cybex chest press

Played raquetball for about 20 minutes, it was pretty hardcore :D

Ran till I burned 20 cals at 10mph

Just a note... during the weight part of my workout my heartrate usually hovers around 130-150bpm, after the 10mph run I was at 182bpm.

Sat in the whirlpool for about 3 or 4 minutes, showered, and left.

I imagine my bodyweight was around 190-193. The cut seems to be going well, regardless of my failures at following much of a diet :mad:, I'm startin to see abs.

Random shiznit:
I like tall girls, although my current girl is almost scary(5'11, 135lbs)

I didn't ask you to post here, or read. I'm keeping this journal for myself, not for you. I realize I can have a journal name changed, I've done it before. I haven't touched my journal for about a month and a half, so I don't see how it really matters wether or not I start a new journal, mind your own business ****face.

That goes for any of you who feel the need to post pointless negative comments here *cough*fuzz*cough* I post here for my physical benefit, and you guys don't have alot to back up all the **** talking you do, so I'm politely asking you to get the **** outa my journal... Thanks

Flab = going fast and the g/f is noticing ;);):D

Keep it up, dude. That one of the best confidence-booser you can get when your g/f notices the change.

The batting was a joke, yes, but the journal count was not. It is a nuisance, other members have been reprimanded for such behavior and they didnt have half the journals you do.

I'm in Houston right now and visiting Rice and A&M... Got a workout in on thursday though. I was planning on only doing shoulders and arms, but decided to do whole upperbody since I wouldn't have the weekend to lift....
