I am just beginning to plan my cutting diet and was wondering if any one has any advice.
How would i plan my diet to make sure i have the correct calorie defecit.
what foods should i eat on a daily basis.
Should i still try and eat every 3-4 hours to keep my body anabolic.

Find your maitnaince level of calories, and substract 400 or so from it.. eat about a 40/30/30 split( this will change depending on person ), just make sur to get atleast 1 g protein/lb of bodyweight.

Protein - cottage cheese, tuna, eggs, chicken, WHEY after workout

Carbs - oatmeal, long grain brown rice, whole wheat bread/pasta

Fats - nuts, fish/flax/olive oils

Try to east every 3 hours as you said.. the main thing is to try and lose 1-2 lbs a week, anymore then that and your easily losing muscle, if your in no hurry to cut thne i suggest to stay on the lower end..
