Having just recently re-introduced cheat days into my diet, I was wondering who considers a cheat day to be just one meal cheating and the rest clean, OR do u cheat the whole day??

I go hog wild the whole day!!! I have used this more than once in diets and it works fine. I have found that I usually lose some fat 2 days later. I attribute this to a revved up metabolism.
Ive been going hog wild all week....fried chicken, pizza, more pizza, some more pizza, pasta, garlic bread....I feel like a stuffed turkey. :D

TODAY is cheat day! I usually go clean until dinner. Taco bell and three pearson's nut rolls...I feel like a real man now...

For me it's just one meal. I'm trying to reduce body fat, so my cheat meal consists on Whooper Doubles (2) or A LOT, and i mean, A LOT, japanese food.
Keep pumping !

Cheat day for me is probably no food till 11 am...
Then from the on, I just eat whatever I want, whenever I want :) Chocolate, cakes, whatever :D
i dont usually have cheat days; the only days i consider a cheat day is when i go out drinking with my buddies, and eat a burger or two.

I eat real strict during the day ... I mean real strict. Oats with skim milk, egg whites, tuna and rice etc .... then for my 7:00pm meal I eat whatever I want. (Within reason) ... I might have Chilli beef or Chicken Supreme or something like that. This way Im always looking forward to my dinner after all that bland food.

Hey, guys, why do you cheat?
I eat tuna, brown rice, eggs, chicken, etc. and I never get sick of it and come to think of it I haven't "cheated" in like over 2 years (unless you count drinking milk cheating because of the sugar in it - Darcy knows what I am talking about! HAHAAHAHA)
I guess I just got used to it.
Cheat day is just an incentive for me to eat clean all week. If I were dieting for a contest, there would be no cheat day, but I'm not, so why not eat those "bad" foods I enjoy one day a week. On "power sunday" (my roomates and I gave this name to cheat day) I'll usually eat 2 cheat meals, 4 regular meals, and snack a little during the day. Taco Bell and Dominos are two of my favorite cheat meals. I'm used to eating healthy and I DO enjoy it, but there's no reason not to indulge once in a while. Holding steady at 7% bodyfat, I can't complain.
i consider a cheat day where i eat all the same foods i would eat on a normal day like, tuna, chicken, egg whites, oats, whole wheat bread, spinach(raw), celery. But then the meal before bed i have two cups of oatmeal and a protein bar, maybe some natural peanut butter. i usally limit carbs at night so that is what i consider a cheat day.

Tonight I had a cheat meal after 1 month, but it seemed like a cheat day!I feel real crappy right now :) ..But,let me tell you about:3slices of Dominos pizza,4(!)Bagels with butter,2cups of milk,3pieces of apple pie,1 big glass of orange juice,50gr of milk chocolate(cadbury's)...(I also took advantage of the sugar it contains and i took 10gr. of creatine :p )Btw,before starting eating the crap I had a can of tuna for the protein!(I'm a freak, yeah!)
I had not planned it for today, but I felt really tired of the hard dieting(2000cals 50/35/15) and the hard training in the gym and all the cardio sessions I've done the last month.I managed to go from 135 to 170lbs while bulking with a bf at 13%.Right now I'm 160(some of it is water cause I started taking creatine last month) at 9-10% and I want to be at least 155 at ~7% by the 1st of June.
I think that cheat days help me a lot mentally and give me power to continue.A good tip for those who plan on starting a "cut up" diet,is to have a really large cheat day to boost their metabolism and then, the next day start their clean diets and take guggulsterones to keep their metabolism as high as they left it...

Cheat days are very important ... especially when competing. Having a treat tricks your body into coming out of diet mode and help to sort your head out after eating tasteless Sh!te.
