Didn't know where to post this, but is there a way to get rid of water retention?

Resrict sodium. It's the first thing you can do.

Then try to get more potassium.

Then,do some cardio to sweat and reduce water retention.

As a natural Duretic you can take lots of Vit C (around 7-8g) and 250mg of Vit B6. But first cut down sodium as my good friend BlackAlpha says. Also, drink plenty of water.

You guys feel that diuretic pills are pretty dangerous?

One of B6 functions (as well as helping the body make proper use of proteins) is as a natural diuretic.

Do a search on this..I posted it in Diet/Nutrition awhile back I think. You can use Dandelion Root and GNC carries a nifty product called "Super Water Pill" that I"ve found works well also. ;)

You don't need to REDUCE your sodium, simply stabilize your day to day sodium intake. Your body will naturally adjust to whatever regular amount of sodium you are taking in. If it fluctuates greatly from day to day, you will have problems with water retention. If it remains at a relatively consistant level, high or low, your body will adjust accordingly.

IMO, getting plenty of sleep helps with water retention.
