Bodybuilding and Athletic Supplementation Description

Hemp oil has been deamed the name "Flax with an attitude"..This oil should be used to maximize the anabolic conjuction between protein and EFA. Continuous use of flax oil can result in an imbalance of EFA in the body. Hemp oil can be used without worries. Hemp seed oil has a good taste.

Recommendation for maximum metablic shift into an anabolic condition.
(Especially recommend for ECTOMORPH's or people complaining they can never gain muslce mass.)

Grams of EFA per day
130-150lbs 125 grams
150lbs -180lbs 150 grams
180lbs -225 lbs 175 grams

Does this amount of EFA seem high to anyone? I've been using about half the amount recommended for my bw according to this!

The daily recommended allowance of hemp seed oil is 14-28 ml (1 to 2 tablespoons). This allowance provides between 8 and 16 grams of Omega 6 (LA) and between 3 and 6 grams of Omega 3 (LNA).

Hemp seed oil has been dubbed "Nature's most perfectly balanced oil", due to the fact that it contains the perfectly balanced 3:1 ratio of Omega 6 (linoleic/ LA) to Omega 3 (alpha-linolenic/ LNA) essential fatty acids, determined to be the optimum requirement for long-term healthy human nutrition. In addition, it also contains smaller amounts of 3 other polyunsaturated fatty acids in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), oleic acid and stearidonic acid. This EFA combination is unique among edible oil seeds.

Slightly off topic oil question

My daily oil intake is
3 fish caps (180epa/120DHA 1gf ea)
Totals for the 3 caps:
3g fat
.75g sat
1.5 poly
.75 mono
1080 EPA
720 DHA

2 tbsp Grapeseed oil
Totals for 2 tbsp:
28g fat
2g sat
20g poly
6g mono

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Totals for 2 tbsp:
28g fat
4g sat
2g poly
22g mono

1 tbsp Udo's Oil
Totals for 1 tbsp:
14.5g fat
1.5g sat
10g poly
3g mono

Total direct fat intake:
73.5g fat
8.25g sat
33.5g poly
31.75g mono

I take half when I wakeup and the other half before bead (both with a protein shake)
Is this a healthy breakdown?
am I overdoing one or another?
should I bump my fish cap intake up to 9caps per day from 3?

My daily diet without these additions usually comes in <15g of fat, which is why I supplement so much. (so total daily intake is currently in the 88g region)

I'm 27, 5'10, 190lbs, ~8-9%bf, bulking to 200-205 (jan-feb timeframe)

Avg daily calorie intake is between 2900-3500
