im eating about 180 grams of protein 400 grams of carbs and 80 to 90 grams of fat and 4000 calories. im not gaining weight. im very cut but not getting bigger. i weigh 135 and train each muscle once a week. i do cardio everyother day and i dont know why im not getting bigger.

why are you doing cardio if your trying to bulk?

You must have a really fast metabolism. Just keep adding calories until you start gaining since 4k / day isn't enough. Also, you're probably losing fat and building muscle and just not realizing it because your weight is the same.

the reason i do cardio is I wrestle but need to gain weight and stay in shape

second question is how do you know your taking in those quantities?
how do you track your diet?

also, I assume your in HS or college,
how often do you wrestle (how many hours per week)
and how many hours per week do you do cardio, and how many hours per week do you lift (just so I can figure out how much ur burning and how many calories over maint. are needed)
