Here I am at 296 lbs. I'm 6' . I wasn't going to post until I got to 310 but I have to lose weight for an audition.

I've been really busy so I haven't been in the gym for about 2 weeks.

I agree, its hard to telll from pics sometimes, hard to get a perspective.

Chris, always a sceptic. Well I'm sure fome of the guys at my gym will attest to my weight. So if you know who I am give Mr. Mason a heads up. Anyway, I'm kind of camera shy but I found this pic of me in regular clothes at a concert. I'm the guy in the back with the blue shirt on. It's not the best support. But hey, that's what I got.

Just a thought... maybe you need to look at your "trust issues."

Honestly, he really is 296. I think the pics are kind of deceptive because they are all cropped so close to his body that you have no frame of reference to judge his size by. Been working out with him for months - he's a big guy. Makes me feel like a stick.

Exactly how big is that TV, anyway? :D

XAND, relax, my "trust issues" as you see them are well founded and I am right 95% of the time.

In this case I just expressed some doubt, I didn't say you are not that weight.

Actually, the one reason I wasn't sure was because I have a friend who weighs about that much right now and I was trying to compare you two in my head. To me, while you look big, you don't look big enough to weigh that much. You very well may, I suppose it doesn't really matter.

Yeah, I don't really have a bodybuilder's physique. Look more like a football player or strongman type of guy. I'm working on it though.

I was thinking just that. YOu look hella strong, man. And since you've got some solid muscle all around and 'specially in the legs, I don't see why you wouldn't be a good 296.

I was natural until about 250 or so. Started bulking in July.

How much more weight do you plan on gaining and how much do you think you will be able to squat/dead lift at your strongest?

I don't go too heavy anymore in my deads and squat. I've had 2 surgeries on both knees. I do use about 500 or so in both squats and deadlifts. I think I could probably do a 700+ squat with a suit. Dead's I'm not sure.

I weigh 229 and im 6'3 and im pretty scrawny imo
