Get up at 8:00 am

1. 8:15= Breakfast oats,Eggs,milk

9:30------------- Weight Gainer in milk 910cals 50G Prot

2. 10:45 =Chicken,brown rice,milk


3. 1:15 = Preworkout Meal pasta,tuna

(WORKOUT)

------Postworkout shake Weight Gainer in water 600cals 50G Prot


4. 4:00 =Postworkout Meal steak,potatoes and beans


5. 6:45 = chicken,potatoes...


6. 9:30= tuna,yougourt and potatoes..


7. 11:45 Weight Gainer in milk 910cals 50G Prot

Sleep at 12:00 pm


How is it looking?
What do you sugget for Preworkout meal and Postworkout?
About 4000 cals and 300G Protein.. I will count them seperatly later...
Why should i cut to 2 shake per day? 3 is too much??I may add some fast food(big mac) in there if 4000 cals isnt enough Anyway im eating pretty clean less than 75g of fat in there... Any opinions? Thanks!

What are you eating in the meals?That is some amount of weightgainer cut it out to pre and post workout or make home made ones with proper food constituents

nuts,salads,fruit and veg.
gotta get a balance diet, or you will get bored of the same diet week in week out

your pre-workout meal looks a bit big, i know i owuldn't be able to have a good workout if i ate a full pasta and meat meal.

also, balanced diet ensures your get all the nutrients you need and is a lot healthier


EDIT: also, throw some fruit/vegetables in there. probably fruit since you're bulking now.

definately need fruits n veggies, or you might not poop for a month.

how much time are you allowing between preworkout meal and your workout?
