water.. lots of water.. high fiber veggies such as broc. Lettuce will fill you up with very little calories. These are real food ideas, i dunno about pills sorry.

If you are looking for a supplement you might try one containing simmondsin or jojaba seed extract. Syntrax makes such a supplement which is called Subdue.

Another option would be to increasing the amount of fibrous veggies in your diet and/or derive a higher percentage of your daily calories from fat.
