Hey.. i was wondering if there would be any benfits to adding dextrose to a post cardio shake.. if so how much?

I'd like to know for both, HIIT cardio, and Low-Medium longer duration ( 40 mins ) cardio.. thanx in advance guys :)

HIIT - Not really, but it wouldn't kill you.
Low/Medium - Don't. Insulin will blunt fat oxidation, so don't bother. You aren't burning off significant glycogen anyhow, so don't worry about replenishing it.
