I'm planning a refeed tommorow. HOw many carbs should I get. I get about 50 a day during the week. HOw many carbs do I need to consume tommorow?

Since you are only doing 50 grams now I would go high keeping fat low. I would probably shoot too 600 - 700 grams.

Damn, are you serious?! I was thinking like 200 at the most. I never ever got close to 600g even when I was bulking.

My refeeds take me as high as 1000+ g of carbs.

yup sounds about what I do, that is when its controlled. When its uncontrolled. LOOKOUT;)

Refeeds are based upon LBM so they'll be different for everyone but not too much. I think somewhere between 7-8g's of carbs for every lb of LBM. So it depends on your weight and BF but for most people it going to be at least 900g of carbs (that's for a small guy.)

OK help me out Iím on a very low carb diet no more that 40 gams a day. High protein little fat on ratio of about 60 / 30 until I came here Iíve not heard of re-loading carbs? AS Iím working more on muscle and looking to drop BF down by 18% So for me the Newbee why would one do that? Is that defeating the work I did all week to get my body to attack my fat stores?
