hey all
just wanted some advice on my bulking diet to see if it is balanced enough.
meal 1 - 9am
2 cups of baked beans
1cup of full cream milk powder ( which makes a litre of milk)
meal 2 - 12pm
whey protien shake
1 tablespoon of linseed oil (flaxseed)
meal 3 - 3pm
4 scrambled eggs
1 cup of brown rice
meal 4 - 6pm
1 cup of chicken
1 cup of brown rice
meal 5 - 9pm
more scrammy eggs (4)
1 cup full cream milk powder
meal 6 - 12am
whey protien shake
1 tablespoon of linseed
then sleep :D
according to www.fitday.com this gives me
3868 calories
185g fat !! (maybe too much??)
305g carbs
260g protien
any suggestions on how i can mix this up a bit so it doesnt get boring??
