here is a better view of the chest problem im talking about, i know my bell will go down no problem, but the chest is what im worried about because i heard some people have to get surgury, i hope mine will firm up just from training and dieting....

I will say, going down in the <10% range will seriously help you out.

I think you can fix that with dips I think? Or decline bench press. Just guessing here guys.

join the club, i have the same problem. the worst is sometimes you can see the gyno from under your shirts. just keep at it, if you cant fix it then work around it

I've seen about 30 people complain about this on WBB alone. It's one of those things, I guess.

Mine has gone down with excercise and some Ab-Solve and Lipoderm-Y.
